THE weather started off showery but then the sun came through and a very pleasant day was enjoyed by all at Gosfield Lake’s Lady Captain’s Day.
Forty ladies played on the Lakes course and twelve on the Meadows.
Results: Lakes Course: 1 Sandra Parnell 38 stableford pts, 2 Angela Stanton 38 pts, 3 Sharon Clark 37 pts, 4 Rosemary Bollen 37 pts.

Meadows Course: 1 Mary Harris 32 pts, 2 Maggie Crace 31 pts, 3 Carol Herbert 29 pts.
