A writer and actor who fought off three bouts of cancer has died age 57.
Sean Boru, whose real name was Desmond Bruen**cor* had written a biography for “lotto lout” Mikey Carroll, and starred in a film with him.
The Halstead man who was married to Lesley and had five children had written an autobiography, No Sense of Tumour, about his battles with non hodgkins and hodgkins lymphoma.
The cause of death is currently unconfirmed.
