THE annual Halstead town fireworks display is preparing to wow residents once again.
The annual display has been a popular town for years, seeing huge numbers of visitors year on year and often enjoying great feedback.
Organised by Halstead Town Football Club, the event will be held at the club’s site on Rosemary Lane this Saturday, November 2.
The event will see music before and after the display, a licensed bar and hot food hut, offering a range of pies and sausage rolls provided by Hume’s Bakery.
New town business, Chew It Over will also attend the display, offering sweet treats to locals.
The traditional sweets and ice cream shop opened at Coach House earlier this year and has quickly seen success within the community.
Owners, Tyla and Billie Hart say they are "excited" to feature at the popular event.
Tyla said: “We go to the Halstead football club fireworks every year so to be invited to provide everyone a sweet treat this year is very exciting.”
Gates will open at 5.30pm, with children under four-years-old going free.
Tickets are available online and can be purchased at the site entrance upon arrival.
