HALSTEAD will welcome a musical show dedicated to the Fab Four as the Beatlemania tribute band comes to the town.
This Saturday, the band, dubbed the “ultimate Beatles concert experience”, will be at the Empire Theatre.
The Beatles, hailing from Liverpool, revolutionised music and culture.
With infectious melodies and innovative songwriting, they captured hearts worldwide.
From the early rock 'n' roll energy to the experimental sounds of their later albums, their impact is undeniable.
Hits like She Loves You and Hey Jude remain timeless classics, and the Beatles’ legacy continues to inspire and influence artists and fans alike.
In 2024, Beatlemania celebrates the 60th anniversary of the group’s first film and album, A Hard Day’s Night, as part of a brand-new tour.
The first section of the show is dedicated to that year alone and will feature songs from the film and album.
The remainder of the show will try and cram in as many of the other of the Fab Four’s best hits as possible.
A spokesman said: “1964 was the year that launched the Beatles onto the world stage and every song is a winner in this note-perfect musical love letter to the Fab Four.
“From their mop-top beginnings to the psychedelic highs of Sgt Pepper and beyond, all the biggest hits feature. This highly acclaimed production brings The Beatles to life, live on stage.
“Stunning attention to detail – from the original musical instruments and stitch-perfect costumes even down to Lennon and McCartney’s on-stage banter – combines with superb vocals and sublime musicianship.
“Money can’t buy you love, but it can get you seats for an evening to remember featuring the biggest and best songs ever recorded, performed live in concert.
“Get your ticket to ride back in time in style with the incredible Beatlemania.”
Doors open at 7pm for an 8pm start time.
Tickets are £22.50 available at empire-theatre.co.uk/beatlemania-3-8.
