A PERSONAL trainer who specialises in helping individuals over the age of 40 with their health and mobility, is showing the importance of posture.
Molly Agnew, 22, who is based in Halstead, has recently moved to the area and is looking to educate people on posture related issues.
Molly believes that educating people about the importance of posture and providing practical tips can greatly benefit the community and quality of life.
Poor posture can contribute to a range of health issues, including back pain, joint problems and decreased mobility in those over the age of 40.
Molly runs classes at peoples homes in a one to one style.
Molly said: “I aim to share what I know with the local community and support those around me.
“Quite often, small tweaks can enhance your lifestyle significantly.
“By raising awareness about posture and offering actionable advice, we can help people lead healthier and more active lives.”
One example of an exercise that can be used is an overhead squat test, helping to identify tightness and weaknesses in key muscle groups.
Molly is always willing to offer extra advice on any issues that people may have regarding poor posture and what can be done to help it.
