A MANHOLE reportedly collapsed in a village in the Braintree district.
A post from the Essex Travel News account on X said there are reports of a collapsed manhole in Sudbury Road, Gestingthorpe.
Claire Craig, vice-chair of Gestingthorpe Parish Council, said she drove to Sudbury Road and saw nothing out of the ordinary.
