DROP-IN clinics are available for patients who qualify for a Covid-19 or flu vaccination in Halstead and across mid and south Essex locations next month.
There will be a four-hour clinic at Coach House, in Trinity Street, Halstead, on December 11 from 10am to 2pm.
Anyone aged 65 or with a health condition or who is currently pregnant is eligible for a jab.
The vaccination team at Essex Partnership University NHS Trust has carried out more than 1.6 million Covid-19 vaccinations since 2021.
A spokesman emphasised the importance of getting a vaccination.
They said: “The emergence of a new variant earlier this autumn has shown us that COovid-19 is very much still with us.
“This along with flu means we could be looking at a difficult winter so I urge you to do all you can to protect yourself and have a safe, healthy Christmas.
“Vaccines are safe and effective, and it only takes a few minutes to drop by and get yours.”
Appointments are also available at the Canvey Island Library, East Tilbury Library, Thurrock Hospital, and Southend’s Civic Centre throughout December.
