A YOUNG business owner has told of her excitement after being crowned best in the county and heading to the national finals.

Si Belle Beauty has been named the Best Beauty Salon in Essex at the England's Business Awards.

Lois Williams, who is from Halstead, opened Si Belle Beauty in the town centre towards the end of last year.

The salon was her second business venture after starting in Great Dunmow and later expanding.

“Halstead is a lovely community and nice to be a part of that on a personal and professional level," Lois told the Halstead Gazette previously.

Si Belle Beauty offers a wide range of beauty services such as regular lashes and nail treatments.

The team also offers massages and Elim pedicures, piercings, fillers, and also works to train the next generation of beauty professionals.

Lois saw her business crowned best in Essex at an awards event hosted at the Raddison Blu Hotel at Stansted in October.

The Best Beauty Salon in Essex award recognises Si Belle Beauty's “outstanding efforts in delivering cutting-edge beauty and wellness services which have resonated with clients in the Essex area”.

This prestigious award is not only a testament to their commitment to excellence but also a celebration of their growth, innovation, and the positive impact they have had on the community.

As a result of this achievement, Lois and Si Belle Beauty will be heading to Birmingham for the National Finals.

This will be an opportunity for the salon to showcase its excellence on a national stage and compete for the top honours in the industry.

On her win, Lois told of her pride in her team and the growth the whole business has experienced over the last year since opening her second branch.
