HALSTEAD Town Council has said it is looking for a resident who would like to be a part of the team looking after Queen's Hall.
The role would be a part time position, working alternate months in January, March, May, July, September and November each year, as caretaker for the hall.
A spokesman said: “The post guarantees 20 hours per week, and any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
“Duties include opening and closing the hall, welcoming hirers, cleaning the hall, and keeping carpark tidy and free of rubbish.
