POLICE are looking into an abandoned car which was left in the middle of the road near Halstead.
Officers were called to Hedingham Road late last night, March 16.
Pictures show a blue Peugeot which had been left in the middle of the road.
A spokesman said: "This is an unlit section of wet road, with a national speed limit, on the brow of a hill.
"Enquiries will be made into who left this in the dangerous position."
