A DISCOUNT retailer says it is giving one resident the chance to win all they need for Christmas with a super-market sweep style challenge. 

Quality Discounts (QD) in Halstead is set to hold a 60 second trolley dash competition. 

To enter, customers need to pop into the High Street store and scan their QD Reward Card every time they make a purchase.  

The more scans each customer does, the more entries they get into the competition. 

QD says customers can sign up for a free Reward Card in-store to enter. 

The trolley dash will take place within QD’s Christmas department and one will take place in  each of its 30 stores within the QD Group.  

All entries close on October 23, with each winner completing their trolley dash in-store at the start of November. 

Claire White, manager at QD Halstead, said: “Christmas is going to be tough for many people this year with the cost of living crisis and increased heating bills.

"Our trolley dash has been very popular in the past and we’re delighted to bring it back for 2022.

"We can’t wait to welcome our customers and get the trolley dash competition rolling.”
