POLICE say they have cracked down on anti-social driving following complaints from residents.
Over the weekend, officers Essex Police seized the vehicle of a after they drove "poorly" infront of officers.
Essex Police were patrolling Halstead due to complaints over anti-social behaviour from drivers.
The driver of the vehicle was caught by an unmarked police car and Essex Police say they had previously been warned.
The driver's car was seized and they were reported.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "The driver of this vehicle continued to drive poorly in front our unmarked police car even after the driver had been previously warned.
"To stop this occurring again the vehicle was seized and the driver reported
"We regularly patrol in unmarked police vehicles and use other things like CCTV when investigating these type of problems, so just because you don't see us doesn't mean we're not watching
