A VANDAL has been ordered to pay large compensation costs after breaking another man’s window.
Keiron David Torr, 34, of Highfields in Great Yeldham, admitted to criminal damage, when he appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates Court on February 1.

Torr damaged a glass window belonging to another man worth £500 in Halstead last December.
He was ordered to pay £500 in compensation, as well as £105 in prosecution costs.
