A MAN has been banned from the roads after failing to provide blood for analysis.
Jack Mills, 21, of Head Street in Halstead, admitted the charge, after he failed to provide a blood sample for a laboratory test for an offence investigation, in Colchester, last November.

Mills was disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £450 when he appeared in Colchester Magistrates Court on January 26.
He admitted the charges after previously denying.
He was also ordered to pay £45 to fund victim surcharge costs and £150 for prosecution costs.
