A MAN has been given a restraining order after admitting to harassment.
Paul Moyse, 34, of Stanstead Road in Halstead, was charged with harassment without violence.
The court heard he sent the victim messages through Facebook over a ten day period last August.

When appearing in Basildon Magistrates Court on February 8, he was given a restraining order not to contact the victim directly or indirectly including through social media, and also banned from entering Braintree Foyer in St Michael’s Road in Braintree until February 2023.
He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £34 in victim surcharge costs and £120 to the CPS.
