FROM over £700,000 to just over £100,000, a new tool has revealed the most and least expensive street in the Halstead over the last five years.
A new tool by home sales company Property Solvers, has tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since early 2016 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across CM9 postcodes.
The top three most expensive are on Prayors Hill, where three properties sold for an average of £773,333, as well as Lamb Lane, where four properties sold for an average of £742,500, and on Swan Street, which saw four properties sell for an average of £727,500.

The three cheapest streets were in Temperance Hall, where three properties sold for an average of £101,666, Hedingham Place, where three properties sold for an average of £103,333, and Oak Yard, where four properties sold for an average of £107,250.

Commenting on the tool's findings, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Pye Corner sold for £1,320,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £105,000 and under on Frank Vaizey House, Trinity Court, and Parsons Court."
