LIKE millions across the UK, our district has been finding different ways to thank the NHS heroes working on the front line of the coronavirus crisis.
A number of iconic buildings have been lit up in blue to show our appreciation in the past few weeks, including Braintree Town Hall, Bocking Windmill and Hedingham Castle.
But the blue theme has also resonated among villagers, with residents in Finchingfield also getting to see a spectacular light show which has seen the NHS logo emblazoned on St John the Baptist Church.
Elsewhere, a colourful logo has been painted outside Braintree Community Hospital by highways maintenance firm, D-Line Markings.
Rainbow posters have been posted across the district outside homes, public buildings and even inside hospitals.
And in Great Leighs, residents have been treated to a weekly convoy which has seen swatches of tractors pass through the village while displaying messages of support to the NHS.
