A HALSTEAD man is due to appear in court in connection with ATM theft offences in London and Essex.
Levi Smith, 35, of Ridgewell Caravan Site, Halstead, was charged with conspiracy to burgle in relation to 48 different offences.
Smith is due to appear in court alongside Alfie Smith, 41, of Staines Road West, Ashford, who was charged with conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to steal, conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to steal and Hizekiah Roberts, 42, of Well Lane, Canterbury, who was charged with burglary and burglary with intent to steal.
The trio are due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Monday, February 4.
The charges have been secured in partnership with Metropolitan Police Service, who is managing the case.
