Amateur actors will be taking on Arthur Miller’s All My Sons for their next production.
Stane Street Players, which has a cast from Halstead and Earls Colne, will perform at Earls Colne Village Hall on October 3 and 4.
In the aftermath of the Second World War, two families struggle to come to terms with the brutal reality of what they have lost and gained. The confrontations that ensue lead to the uncovering of a shameful family secret.
All My Sons is described as provocative and heart-breaking and a compelling story of love, guilt and the corrupting power of greed.
Tickets cost £10 including a glass of wine or soft drink.
Doors open 7.30pm.
