NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr John David Banham deceased late of 17 Bois Hall Gardens, Halstead, Essex CO9 2HX who died on 15 January 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Executors of the said deceased on or before the 10 July 2015 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
