Proposed development at LAND AT THE REAR OF 3 MARKET HILL, HALSTEAD

I give notice that MR A HUNTER-BLAIR having applied to the BRAINTREE DISTRICT COUNCIL to CONVERT AN EXISTING OUTBUILDING TO A SINGLE DWELLING AND TO ERECT A NEW DETACHED DWELLING is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision by the Council TO REFUSE PLANNING PERMISSION
