(Russells Road, Greenstead Green & Halstead Rural) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Russells Road, Greenstead Green & Halstead Rural, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A131 Mount Hill Road, north, for a distance of approximately 450 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 13 March 2012 for 1 day, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT undertake overhead cabling works.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via A131 Bridgebourne Hill, Petersfield's Lane, A1017 Braintree Road, Halstead Road, Russells Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Stambourne Road, Great Yeldham, in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1,100 metres west of its junction with A1017 Ridgewell Road, west, for a distance of approximately 320 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 March 2012 for 3 days, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT replace poles and cables.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via A1017, Toppesfield/Great Yeldham Road, The Causeway and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 21 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
